Meet Shellie!
Hello you…I’m Chef Shellie! I am a third generation native of Colorado, a Certified Public Accountant and a Chef! I’ve worked in accounting, financial planning, amazing restaurants in San Francisco and Seattle and opened Cook Street School of Fine Cooking here in Denver. I came to MSU Denver’s School of Hospitality via Johnson & Wales University’s Denver Campus where I was an Assistant Professor. I am honored to teach Food & Beverage classes in the SoH as well as the capstone Strategic Management class over in the College of Business.
